Ingredients::
Yeast
50 dkg flour
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon rum
2 tablespoons oil
2 dl warm milk
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Description: :
Allow the yeast to rise. Meanwhile, use the mixer to mix egg yolks, rum and oil, and then add flour. Add the risen yeast into the mixture, pour warm milk and mix until bubbles appear. Cover with clean cloth and place on some warm place to rise, so that the quantity doubles. Grab the dough with a spoon and put it into hot oil. When fried, sprinkle the fritters with powdered sugar. Serve hot.

250 g sugar
40 g yeast
Description: :
In 3 kg of sifted flour add oil, sugar and yeast (which is made in the evening and let to rise) and mix everything together. Knead well the dough and make wide cookies. Leave them to rise. Then bake the cookies until they turn gold in colour. Cut the baked and cooled cookies into halves and baked them a bit more on very low heat. The cookies are dipped into a wine or a coffee, and even in the prosecco. This is a specialty of the island of Bra?.
